Hi!

I'm Kristóf, a creative full stack web developer and designer, living in Hungary.

I started programming at the age of 12 when my best friend constantly spawn killed me in Call of Duty, so I have created an aimbot to counter him. I quickly realized the power of programming, and I have been coding ever since. In university web design and development sparked my interest, and I invested my time to learn different web-focused frameworks, of which React quickly became my favorite. Now I'm working as a full stack web developer, creating clean, elegant and efficient websites.

I have many passions, which I love and practice on a daily basis. I'm an amateur powerlifter, with a Wilks Index of 382 (s: 195kg, b: 132.5kg, d: 240kg). I love to cook, I always experiment with different spices and cooking techniques. Simple, fresh Italian cuisine is my go-to, but I'll try everything. I always strive to perfect my recipes, with varying degrees of success.

But my most beloved hobby is philosophy. I am not a philosopher, nor will ever be, but since my childhood the Why?-s and How?-s of life always fascinated me. I'm mostly intrigued by antique Greek philosophy, stoicism, and existentialism. I'm open to new ideas, and new views about the world. I describe myself as an agnostic atheist and a causal materialist.

Any of my philosophical or scientific like posts are subjective and non-professional and should be read as such. I don't want to impose my beliefs on anybody, nor think less of anyone who opposes my views. These posts are mostly written for me and not for the general public in mind.
